Wellness Works
'Our mission is to explore simple but transformative wellness techniques with you so you can empower others. We work with wellness facilitators and in-house well-being leads, or anyone interested in promoting well-being in their workplace or community. Empowering you to empower others.'
We can provide initial training for would-be well-being leads, or CPD for those working as well-being mentors including company team members and independent consultants such as life coaches, Yoga teachers and sound therapists.
Our courses can also be enjoyed as a retreat or self-development opportunity, by anyone looking to learn skills for self help or to help others with their mental and physical wellbeing.
What we teach is simple but powerful. On our courses you will experience and study some of the most effective mind body techniques and traditions including relaxation techniques, meditation, movement and breath work, and learn to practice and deliver them with confidence and understanding.
