Our modular course will enhance every aspect well-being in your workplace now.

The best way to maintain a consistent well-being programme in your workplace is to ensure the skills exist in house. Our four module course will equip your well-being lead to use tried and tested, yet simple, techniques, that will help staff with both physical and mental well-being.

Our comprehensive Wellness in the Workplace course will equip well-being leads to facilitate mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation sessions and to support colleagues to make healthier lifestyle choices. 

Mondule One

Breath work

'When you own your breath nobody can steal your peace' (Anon)

We have been breathing for 24 hours a day since we were born. But research now shows than breath work techniques can do so much more that keep us alive. In this module we show how the breath can be used to reduce stress or build energy levels; and how regular practice can have long term health benefits.

Module Two

Mindful movement and more

We keep it simple and fun showing you movements derived from ancient arts, but easy to do in the modern workplace. No need for mats or props these will be exercises on a chair or simple standing routines.

 

Module Three

Relaxation

True relaxation is a lost art. Our mission is to help you recover it. We will explain and teach techniques that can immeasurably boost productivity levels on an individual and group level.
